Editorial: To those who claim they want to rebuild bridges (Jordi Pujol)
They say we have to rebuild the bridges between Spain and Catalonia. Everyone is saying as much, so it must be true that they are broken.
There are normally two responses to a broken bridge. Some hold that the bridge cannot be repaired because over time the river has been poorly regulated and those who could regulate it have no intention of doing so. The second response comes from those who would regulate the river and rebuild the bridge.
